The welcome soup was a delightful surprise, and the
atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The staff was genuinely friendly, making me feel at home. While my room was modern and clean, some hallway noise could be heard at night, which detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The hotel offers a significant focus on sustainability.
Upon check-in, my room was not cleaned thoroughly, as there were remnants from previous guests. It was quite disappointing, and I felt uneasy about the situation. While the staff addressed the issue quickly, I didn't appreciate the initial lack of attention to cleanliness, which diminished my overall experience at the hotel.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to the Market Square and several attractions like the Basilica of Saint Servatius. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and soup available throughout the day. it was a nice touch after a long day out. The room itself was decent, although I would have appreciated a small fridge for convenience. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay attending a concert nearby, and we would return, especially since there are plenty of local cafes for a more affordable breakfast option.

Spacious room, friendly staff, the bathroom was impeccably clean with all necessary toiletries provided during our stay, and the hotel’s location just a quick 10-minute walk from the city center made exploring easy.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is close to the train station, perfect for solo travelers. I loved the cozy communal area with games, and the unique option to rent a pet fish during your stay was a fun touch!

If you’re a pizza lover, you’re in for a treat! The local cafes serve the most incredible pies, and we'd consistently find ourselves drawn back to try more. Plus, the communal area had free coffee and soup—it felt like home. The hotel staff were quick to fix the shower heating too.
We were in a ground floor room without an opening window, and the air conditioning took its sweet time to sort itself out. After showers, the air remained damp for 48 hours, making my son catch a cold—yikes! A new room was promptly arranged, but no smart TV meant limited English shows for him.

Exceptional service and cozy atmosphere!
I just had a lovely short stay where the reception staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. A special shoutout to Marica and Cora for their amazing support despite their busy schedules! The complimentary hot soup and drinks were a delightful touch after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that I felt the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly before my arrival.

The room was pretty nice, especially the bed—super comfortable and huge! Plus, it had a cool view of the train station, and you couldn't hear any noise with the windows closed. The decor was really stylish and clean, but it felt a bit basic on storage space. I loved the unique vibe of the hotel, but my room could've had a bit more character.
